How we inspect your station

From flight clearance to a repair plan. No generation downtime, no field crew hunting for faults.

  1. We handle the permits

    UAV flight clearance. You don't need to navigate regulations or fill out forms.

  2. We come to the site

    We agree a date and arrive with our own equipment and a certified operator. A short on-site briefing — plot boundaries, take-off points, station specifics.

  3. Thermal aerial survey

    A drone with thermal and RGB cameras flies the station along a pre-planned route. Hundreds of panels in one flight. We capture the thermal signature of every module — what a walk-through can't see.

  4. AI finds the defects

    Our model processes the imagery. It finds 15+ defect types: cell hotspots, cracks, soiling, junction-box failure, delamination and more. Every defect is pinned to a specific panel on the station map.

  5. An engineer verifies

    Every finding is validated by an engineer. AI filters the routine and misses nothing small, a human confirms the critical and removes false positives. AI finds — the engineer owns the result.

  6. You get a dashboard and repair plan

    Defect map, prioritization by generation losses, impact estimate on output, repair plan per IEC standards.
