Terms of Use
Last updated:
These Terms govern the use of the skywolt.uz website and SkyWolt drone-inspection services. By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the services.
1. Definitions
"SkyWolt", "we" — the provider of solar-station drone-inspection services. "Client", "you" — the individual or company using the site or services. "Service" — the flight, thermal imaging, AI analysis and report under the IEC 62446 standard.
2. Services
SkyWolt performs an autonomous flight over the station, thermal imaging, defect analysis and produces a report. The exact scope and timing are fixed in a contract or invoice for a specific flight.
3. Workflow and payment
Cooperation starts with a request and a consultation. The service is provided on a pay-per-flight model: one inspection — one invoice. Cost, timing and payment terms are agreed before work begins.
4. Client obligations
The Client provides access to the site, supplies accurate information and the necessary approvals on their side, and is responsible for the lawfulness of the station placement and the accuracy of the data provided.
5. Flight permissions
Obtaining permissions for the drone to fly over the site is arranged by SkyWolt as part of the service; the Client assists by providing information about the site. Flights are carried out in line with the requirements of the authorised bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
6. Intellectual property
The site, software, methods and design belong to SkyWolt. The inspection report is handed to the Client for its intended use; rights to the software and analysis models remain with SkyWolt.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is". We strive for accuracy of analysis but do not guarantee the detection of absolutely all defects. The report is advisory and does not replace the owner's decisions on operating the station.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SkyWolt's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect losses or lost profit.
9. Termination
Either party may end the cooperation by notifying the other. Obligations to pay for services already rendered remain in force.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are resolved through negotiation, and failing agreement — in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
