Client-data security and flight safety are at the core of SkyWolt’s work. Below we describe how we protect your information and how we ensure safe drone inspections.
1. Data protection
Data is transmitted and stored encrypted (TLS in transit, encryption at rest). Access to client data is granted only to staff who need it for work, on a least-privilege basis.
2. Storage and infrastructure
We use trusted infrastructure providers, regular backups and separated environments. Flight materials and reports are stored separately from the public site.
3. Flight safety
Every flight is carried out with valid permissions and under a procedure agreed with the authorised bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Pilots follow on-site safety rules and the station owner's requirements.
4. Human in the loop
AI-analysis results are reviewed by a specialist (human-in-the-loop) before being handed to the client. This reduces the risk of false positives and automation errors.
5. Access control
Dashboard accounts are protected by a password; we recommend using strong passwords and not sharing access with third parties. Staff access is logged.
6. Incident response
If a security incident is detected, we promptly contain the problem, notify affected clients and take measures to prevent recurrence.
7. Responsible vulnerability disclosure
If you find a vulnerability in our services, report it to hello@skywolt.uz. We are grateful to researchers and ask that you do not disclose the vulnerability publicly until it is fixed.
8. Contacts
